1. 我们收集的信息及用途

我们在提供服务的过程中，仅在必要范围内收集以下信息，且这些数据均不用于跨应用追踪：

  • 交易与付款信息：当您购买“连续包年”或“永久会员”时，苹果公司 (Apple) 将处理您的支付逻辑。我们仅接收设备标识符 (Device ID) 和匿名的交易凭证，用于为您验证和解锁 Pro 会员权限。我们无法获取您的信用卡信息或真实姓名。
  • 诊断与崩溃数据：为了持续改善应用的稳定性，当应用发生闪退或异常时，苹果系统可能会自动收集匿名的崩溃日志。这些数据不与您的个人身份关联，仅用于帮助我们修复 Bug。
  • 本地数据声明：您拍摄的照片、录像、冥想偏好及自定义内容，均完全保存在您的设备本地，我们无法访问、收集或上传这些内容。

2. 网络请求说明

本应用的"音频冥想"和"视觉冥想"功能，会从我们的服务器（lumicamera.cn）加载音频和视频素材文件。此过程：

  • 仅加载静态媒体文件，不涉及任何个人数据的传输；
  • 不会上传您的任何信息至服务器；
  • 您可以在无网络环境下使用本地缓存内容。

3. 我们请求的权限及用途

本应用仅在您主动使用相关功能时才会触发权限请求，您可随时在"设置"中管理。

用于拍照、录像、Live Photo 拍摄、实时预览补光效果，以及"补妆镜"功能。相机数据仅实时使用，不被收集。

用于将拍摄内容保存至相册，或让您选择视频作为敲敲乐、冥想、视觉冥想等功能的背景。我们仅在您操作时访问，不扫描相册。

用于两种场景：① 录像和 Live Photo 时采集音频；② 烛光、香薰、烛光凝视冥想功能中的"吹气检测"（通过检测气流声实现吹灭效果）。音频数据不被上传，仅本地实时处理。

用于烛光、香薰的烟雾随手机倾斜方向飘动效果，以及曼陀罗冥想的重力视差动画。仅读取设备姿态数据，不收集或上传。

4. 数据存储与安全

您在本应用中产生的所有数据（自定义祝福语、视频播放列表、冥想设置等），使用 iOS 标准机制（UserDefaults 或应用沙盒）安全存储在本地设备。这些数据仅您自己可见，卸载应用时将被系统一并删除。

5. 儿童隐私

我们不会有意收集任何未满 14 周岁儿童的个人信息。本应用不以儿童为目标用户。

6. 隐私政策的更新

我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策以反映功能变化或法律要求。重大变更将在应用内通过适当方式通知您，您可在本应用内随时查阅最新版本。

This Privacy Policy explains how developer Zhang Guanghua ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with your use of the GuangYanCam mobile application ("this App").

In brief: As a privacy-focused utility app, we only collect a minimal amount of necessary data to process your subscription (In-App Purchases) and collect anonymous crash logs. Your photos, videos, and custom settings are kept strictly local to your device.

1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

In providing our services, we only collect the following information to the extent necessary. None of this data is used for cross-app tracking:

  • Transactions and Payment Info: When you purchase a "Yearly Subscription" or "Lifetime Pro", Apple processes the payment. We only receive a device identifier (Device ID) and an anonymous transaction receipt to verify and unlock your Pro features. We do not have access to your credit card information or real name.
  • Diagnostics and Crash Data: To continuously improve app stability, Apple's systems may automatically collect anonymous crash logs when the app experiences an error. This data is not linked to your identity and is used solely to fix bugs.
  • Local Data Declaration: The photos and videos you capture, your meditation preferences, and your custom content are saved entirely on your local device. We cannot access, collect, or upload this content.

2. Network Requests

The “Sound Meditation” and “Visual Meditation” features load audio and video asset files from our server (lumicamera.cn). This process:

  • Only downloads static media files — no personal data is transmitted;
  • Does not upload any of your information to the server;
  • Allows you to use locally cached content when offline.

3. Permissions We Request and Their Purposes

Permissions are requested only when you actively use the relevant features. You can manage them anytime in your device Settings.

Camera (NSCameraUsageDescription)

Used for taking photos, recording videos, capturing Live Photos, real‑time fill‑light preview, and the Makeup Mirror feature. Camera data is used only in real time and is not collected.

Photo Library (NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription)

Used to save captured content to your album, or to let you select videos as backgrounds for Tap & Relax, Meditation, and Visual Meditation features. We only access it when you perform such actions; we do not scan your library.

Microphone (NSMicrophoneUsageDescription)

Used in two scenarios: ① recording audio during video and Live Photo capture; ② detecting a blow gesture in the Digital Candle, Digital Incense, and Candle Gazing meditation features (by analyzing airflow sound). Audio data is processed locally and never uploaded.

Motion & Orientation (NSMotionUsageDescription)

Used to animate smoke drifting according to device tilt in Digital Candle and Digital Incense, and to power the gravity parallax effect in Mandala Meditation. Only device attitude data is read — nothing is collected or uploaded.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data you generate in this App (custom messages, video playlists, meditation settings, etc.) is securely stored locally on your device using iOS standard mechanisms (UserDefaults or the app’s sandbox). This data is visible only to you and will be deleted if you uninstall the App.

5. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 14. This App is not directed at children.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect functional changes or legal requirements. Significant changes will be communicated within the App, and the latest version is always accessible inside the App.
