1. Service Description

GuangYanCam is a comprehensive utility app that combines fill‑light photography, relaxation tools, and guided meditation. Core features include:

• Fill Light Camera (Pro): On‑screen fill light with 19 beauty presets, custom color wheel, photo, video, Live Photo, and time‑lapse capture. Pro members get a floating PiP fill‑light window that stays active over other camera apps.
• Meditation Center (Pro): 7 guided modes — Breathwork, Sound Meditation, Visual Meditation, Mandala Gazing, Candle Gazing, Body Scan, Mantra/Counting. Audio and video assets are streamed from our server.
• Tap & Relax (Pro): Interactive tapping with various styles, joy counter, custom sound effects and backgrounds.
• Prayer Beads: Scrollable beads with automatic counting and customizable appearance.
• Digital Incense: Simulated incense offering with gravity‑sensitive smoke animation and blow‑to‑disperse effect.
• Digital Candle: Multiple candle styles with blow‑to‑extinguish and gravity‑driven smoke drift.
• Makeup Mirror: HD front‑camera mirror with adjustable fill‑light color, brightness, and frame shapes.
• LED Marquee: Customizable scrolling text with adjustable fonts, colors, and scroll direction.

2. Paid Membership & Refunds

GuangYanCam offers a Pro membership that unlocks the Floating Fill Light, Tap & Relax, and Meditation Center.

• Annual Subscription: Auto‑renewing subscription. Price is shown in the App Store. The subscription renews automatically within 24 hours before expiration. You can cancel anytime in App Store Subscription settings.
• Lifetime Membership: One‑time purchase, permanent access. (“Lifetime membership” means that the membership benefits remain valid during the operational period of GuangYanCam. We guarantee a minimum of 3 years; if the service must be terminated due to force majeure, policy changes, or ceasing operations, we will announce it in advance and handle remaining rights according to applicable laws.)
• Refund Policy: All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted via Apple’s official channel (reportaproblem.apple.com). We abide by Apple’s refund policy.

3. Scope of License

We grant you a personal, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive license to install and use this App on iOS devices that you own or control. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App;
• Rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App in any manner.

4. User Conduct

When using this App, you agree not to create, publish, or transmit any content that:

• Violates basic principles of the constitution or endangers national security;
• Spreads rumors, disrupts public order, or undermines social stability;
• Contains obscene, pornographic, violent, terroristic, or criminal content;
• Defames, insults, or infringes upon the lawful rights of others;
• Otherwise violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All ownership and intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, and patents) in this App belong to the developer, Zhang Guanghua. Any rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved by us.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This App is provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The meditation features are for relaxation purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use this App.

8. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The revised terms will be posted within the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
